RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Yoilee, we are committed to providing you with an exquisite fragrance experience. Each product is crafted with care and undergoes strict quality checks before it leaves our facility.

1. Eligibility Conditions

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for personal preferences (such as dissatisfaction with the fragrance note, texture, skin compatibility, or perceived longevity).

A request for a replacement or refund will only be reviewed under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • The product received is physically damaged or structurally broken upon arrival.

  • The package received is missing items or has been clearly tampered with. (Disclaimer: If the outer shipping box arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please do not accept the delivery from the courier).

2. Mandatory Reporting & Evidence

To qualify for a resolution, you must strictly meet the following verification criteria:

  • Mandatory Unboxing Video: You must provide a single, unedited, continuous video showing the unboxing of the parcel from the very beginning. The video must clearly capture the intact shipping label before opening and proceed directly to opening the acrylic jar. Claims without a valid unboxing video will be automatically rejected.

  • 48-Hour Reporting Window: Any damage, defect, or incorrect item must be reported to our official support channel (contact@yoilee.com) within 48 hours of the delivery timestamp recorded by our courier partner. Late claims will not be entertained.

  • Unused Condition: The inner protective seal of the acrylic jar must be completely intact. Any product showing signs of being opened, sampled, or used is entirely disqualified from any resolution.

3. Review & Resolution Process

  • Email Us: Send your request, including your Order ID and the mandatory unboxing video, to contact@yoilee.com.

  • Internal Review: Our quality control team will evaluate the video evidence within 48 business hours.

  • Decision: Once validated, we will notify you via email regarding the approval of a replacement or refund.

  • Resolution: Approved claims for damaged items will receive a free replacement dispatched immediately, or a refund. Note: Yoilee reserves the right to waive reverse pickups for verified broken items to prevent unnecessary transit.

4. Refund Timeline & Mode

  • Prepaid Orders: Processed directly back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • COD Orders: Refunded strictly via bank transfer (NEFT) or UPI. Our support team will request your verified bank details or UPI ID. Cash refunds via courier are not possible.

  • COD Restrictions for High Returns: To maintain fair trade practices, any customer who places a Cash on Delivery (COD) order and subsequently returns it without a valid, verified reason (or refuses delivery at the doorstep), will permanently lose their COD eligibility for all future purchases at Yoilee.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Any shipping charges or COD convenience fees applied to the original order are non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

  • Once an invoice is generated and the shipment is handed over to our logistics partners, the order cannot be cancelled or recalled.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

At Yoilee, we value your time and process every order with the same precision used in our product formulation.

1. Processing Time

Orders are packed and handed over to our courier partners within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). A tracking link will be emailed to you immediately upon dispatch.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping across India.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A fixed COD convenience fee applies at checkout (please refer to the final amount displayed at checkout).

3. Estimated Delivery Timelines

  • Metros & Tier 1 Cities: 3–5 business days post-dispatch.

  • Rest of India: 5–8 business days post-dispatch.

  • Please Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our logistics partners. Unforeseen delays due to weather or regional disruptions may occasionally occur.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this link to monitor the progress of your shipment in real-time. If you face any issues, please contact us at contact@yoilee.com.

5. Important Delivery Information

  • Address Accuracy: Please verify your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We cannot redirect packages once they leave our facility.

  • Delivery Attempts: Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to three times. If the package remains undelivered due to customer unavailability or refusal, it will be returned to our warehouse.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): We reserve the right to monitor order rejection rates. If a COD shipment is refused at the time of delivery or returned without a valid verified reason the customer would not be eligible for COD option for all future orders. All future purchases will strictly require online prepayment.
