1. Business Identity
This website is operated by MS Enterprises, based in noamundi Jharkhand. All references to "we," "us," or "our" refer to MS Enterprises , company holding the brand Yoilee.
2. User Obligations
By using our site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age (or have the permission of a guardian) and that all information provided—including name, address, and contact details—is accurate and current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account details you may create.
3. Product Descriptions and Pricing
We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate. However, as our products involve natural elements, there may be slight variations in appearance. We reserve the right to correct any errors in pricing or product information at any time.
4. Orders and Payments
Contract of Sale: Your order is an offer to buy our products. A binding contract is formed only once we send a confirmation email acknowledging the order.
Payment: Prepaid payments must be made via the secure methods provided on our website. We do not store your private financial credentials; all transactions are handled by PCI-compliant third-party payment gateways.
If you choose Cash on Delivery, you agree to pay the invoice amount in cash to the courier partner upon delivery.
By selecting the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment method, you agree that to ensure validity and prevent fraudulent checkouts, all COD orders must undergo a mandatory telephonic or WhatsApp verification process before dispatch. Our customer care team will attempt to contact you on the mobile number provided during checkout up to three (3) times within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order. Please note: Yoilee will NEVER ask you for an OTP (One-Time Password), bank details, or any confidential passwords over a call or message to confirm your order. If we are unable to connect with you, or if you fail to confirm your order via phone call or WhatsApp within 48 hours of order placement, Yoilee reserves the right to automatically cancel the order without further notice.
To prevent logistics losses, if a COD order is refused at your doorstep or returned to us without a valid, verified reason , you will permanently lose your COD eligibility and all future orders you place with Yoilee must be prepaid online.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Dispatch: We aim to dispatch orders within our stated processing times.
Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery to your provided shipping address.
Accuracy: We are not liable for delayed or failed delivery due to incomplete or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Cancellations: You may request an order cancellation only if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
Damages: If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery, providing full uncut, unedited unboxing video from shipping packaging opening of the package of the product. We will arrange a refund after verifying the claim.
Returns: Due to the nature of personal fragrance products, we do not accept returns for items that have been opened or used for health and hygiene reasons. ( non-returnable)
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including our brand name Yoilee, our logos, product designs, and website copy—is the exclusive property of MS Enterprises. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this site without our prior written consent
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MS Enterprises shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Yoilee products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
